Central Carolina Academy staff identifies and serves K-12 students who need specially designed instruction. The Multi-Tiered System of Supports (MTSS) implements research-based interventions to identify students who have specific learning needs in addition to core classroom curriculum. The Exceptional Children program provides students with specially designed instruction to promote cognitive, physical, and social/emotional growth in the least restrictive environment.

 

Project Child Find

Project Child Find is a coordinated effort between Central Carolina Academy and the North Carolina Department of Public Instruction to locate and identify children and youth ages birth through 21 with disabilities who are in need of special education and related services. Learn more here.
